Distiller's Course

Launching January 2026: In this immersive Bourbon Whiskey Distilling Course, you’ll learn the full process of crafting whiskey from grain to glass. The course will be taught by Copper Bottom Head Distiller, and recent winner of Discovery Channel's Moonshiners Master Distiller, Jeremy Craig.

Your $1,200 Bourbon Whiskey Course registration includes:

  • A minimum of five hands-on classes with Head Distiller Jeremy Craig

  • Your own 5-gallon charred American oak barrel with custom engraving

  • Mashing, fermentation, and distillation techniques

  • Understanding cuts — heads, hearts, and tails

  • Choice of proofing preference

  • The process of bottling and packaging your barrel of whiskey

  • Barrel storage until desired outcome
